The payout button is for PREMIUM members only. If you are a freeloader member, you need to wait 30 days to get paid. Even then...Payouts are made based on 10% of what the company gets from advertising and the payout is random. So You keep reading and you will be paid at random.
You must remain active to get paid. Read 60% of the emails and ptc ads.
Perhaps you should take the time to REALLY READ the ads, and you would know how it works!
I fell in and have sent payment through moneybookers and I haven't even been able to get a response from them and they haven't credited it to my account... I have sent so many emails to them and heard nothing....
